Legs and Cardio: Squats, front-back lunges, Split Squats, Step ups and elbow planks, 3 sets. Cardio between each exercise: Set 1 Mountain Climbers, Set 2 Spidermans, Set 3 Jumping Jacks. Ignore the last 35 minutes, I forgot to stop my FatFit.
Warm up Jog and Indian clubs. 4 Sets chinup, squat, asymmetric pushups, Hanging leg raises, Half-Bridge variations, short jog between sets. Experimented with an assisted hamstring curl(hands on a fitness ball) and negative dragon flag.
Keen to see what my heartrate will be when doing a few of the hardcore darebee sessions. Think I might try it over the weekend.
Just a pity their app doesn't have all the exercies and doesn't have the same extensive filtering function as the website. I'd prefer not to have to fiddle with my lappy while exercising. Oh well.. can't have my cake AND eat it .
