The 2019 Weight Loss Thread

I tried using the PB recipe and spreading it thin as a pizza base. Put in shallow dish, grill bake on high for a bit ( you can always mix some mozzarella into it as well) then take out the oven and treat as a normal base, slap on your low carb friendly toppings and cheese and good to go!

Have you tried the fathead base? Recommended if you haven't.

I can't seem to get it right, the pb works for me but fathead seems to come out wrong for some reason all the time.

Sometimes I win, sometimes I don't - it's hard to accurately measure grated mozzarella (or even grate it sometimes, for that matter LOL), but it's always tasty, even if I cannot eat it with my hands for fear of the base falling apart :ROFL: I went googling PB bread this morning after your comment on the bunny chow thread - is that literally peanut butter bread?

yep. Base recipe - 3tblsp Peanut Butter, 3 eggs , 1 tsp Baking powder. We double it for a loaf and use a silicon mould like for banana bread. Portion is smaller than a traditional bunny but just as good, you could go full size but that would push the minimal carbs that are there up. Fine for a low carber but keto be over. If you never had it, it smells a bit of peanut butter but you don't taste it.

Oh yes, best baked in oven @ 180 degrees you can microwave for a short period to make a quick "roll" . I think its anything from a minute to three depending on strength of microwave. Baked tastes better though.

Awesome thanks, will give this a try!

Careful of peanut butter if you are LCHF... 20-22g of carbs per 100g of which 14 is glycemic.

Please add a column for BMI. Yes it is somewhat flawed but it is still useful. 25 here I come!

BMI = weight (kg) ÷ height^2 (m)

I have one, just hidden.

Must just show it:

Here is a quick sheet setup:

The BMI & MASS Ideal is a estimate calculation and should not be taken as sound medical advice.
The estimates are calculated based on height.
Ideal weight is the estimated healthy mass of a person with that height.
Adjusted weight, is the current weight taken in consideration and a estimation of what the target weight can be taken to.
BMI is as above

I kept my Sony SmartBand 2 on while skipping last night. The step data looks like a nice way to track pace.
