Seriously though, I have found the more I make a concerted, conscious decision to not have junk food, the easier it becomes. I think it started with evaluating how I physically felt after junk every time I did have any (clue, I feel crap because I no longer really do sugars or carbs), I would then in future weigh up whether the specific item I was tempted into eating was in fact worth it. Is that sh1tty garage pie worth feeling bloated and guilty and horrid for a full day after? No. BUT. Is that Primi Piatti Chicken Liver Pasta once every 4 months (or whatever your poison is) worth it? Absolutely.
All about choices, and while I don't make the right ones all the time, I try and make them most of the time. It's a process. But it IS a choice.
