Drank more beer than usual, ate more crap that usual... What was I expecting... don't want to talk abt it. 98.2kg.... To a better week for all!
Another thing to keep in mind is that it takes about 7700 calories above your maintenance level to result in 1kg of fat gain (link). Which is a huge amount of food. Obviously we need to stay disciplined, but you're not going to blow 4 months of progress with one bad day.
Same here. Yesterday I was terrible at a work function. So bad that today I was actually feeling ill. Maybe it's what I needed to ditch the carbs once and for all.
Don't stress about this. You've made lots of progress already and maybe it won't be as bad as you expect anyway. One of the benefits of weighing in regularly is that we know quickly when we've put a bit back on and we can do something about it. Focus on sticking to what has been working for you and you will be back on track in no time.
