District Judge Howard Riddle said that Dewani can be extradited, pending approval from the UK’s home secretary.
Riddle said that “only by going to stand trial can Dewani be acquitted & clear his name. That may improve his mental illness”.

Which would only be delaying the inevitable. A precedent has been set now so to try and convince another judge that this one ruled wrong. I don't think so

He can appeal all he wants to. There they don't have such long rolls as we have hear. His appeal will be in 2 weeks and then they'll just seal his fate.
