I would say if you only drink occasionally, like on weekends, that should be ok. But it is my opinion, the purists would probably not agree. I maintained great weight loss and I had a few every weekend, Castle Lite, whiskey, brandy, red wine.Getting back onto banting today after falling off the wagon a few months back.
Question regarding alcohol intake:
I generally don't drink very often, but when I do i tend to binge. My favourite drink is Jameson's. I know that most pure spirits like whiskey, vodka etc are allowed. But how much is too much? i.e. Can I have 10 singles in a night and still maintain weight loss?
Additionally, I have stopped skipping breakfast and now normally snack on 2 Woolies breakfast bars in the morning. Is this a good idea?
Breakfast bars? I would stay away unless their carb content is <10g in total.
