What do you guys use that strawberry flavoured syrup for?

I cant imagine it to be too beneficial. I have read that the main reason to avoid things like diet sodas and sweeteners is because they can trick your body into believing that it is getting some sugar, thereby causing it to release insulin, the fat storing hormone.

This is just what I read. Its truth is still to be validated.

I've heard this too about artificial sweeteners, but my personal experience is that I have greater success with the odd mimic food rather than going the pure whole foods route. I use the syrup in about 100 ml of cream to make ice-cream or milkshakes.

Which aisle or section of PnP?

Among the baking goods. In my local PicknPay this is also the same aisle as the health foods.

Anyone have info on this Banting 2.0? They seem to be allowing some forbidden foods in this new release.

I was gonna let that go, but a belt size down says it's more than just passing water. First 3 or 4 are water weight, sorry Fanie

I did say mostly. And yes, when you've been bad for such a long time even a belt size doesn't always mean solid fat lost.

Sorry, I know it sounded like I wasn't impressed, but that wasn't what I was trying to do. It's a great achievement and most people won't ever be able to do it.

I didn't check the date in store, but according to the website they're on special until the 20th Nov. I remember the milk, hazelnut and dark+orange were also on special, but I went straight for the 85% :D

10Kg's in 3 weeks......

Had surgery on Tuesday and only started eating again on Wednesday evening. Never felt hungry

Again I say, IF and LCHF should go hand in hand...

My wife has reached her goal weight and doesn't want to loose any more. How does she stall weight loss? My weight is hovering between 93 & 95 the last few months. My goal is 90kg. She's now on 42kg.

She would need to up her carb intake my introducing healthy, unrefined carbohydrates. Try fruit and higher carb veggies (carrots). She would need to slowly introduce until her weight remains constant

So guys. Need some quick advice.
In the past I used to have a bulleproof coffee to skip lunch but these days I can have just a normal cappuccino and I'm fine till 6-7 pm when I have my only meal.
Is this fine? Feel like I'm missing something (apart from lunch )
