So just found out from a famous seafood restaurant that their creamy lemon butter sauce is actually made up of margarine and synthetic non-dairy cream.
Now that's toxic

Go for it if it works for you. Same sweeteners as in coke zero; they work fine for me personally (and honestly seem to supress my appetite), but some people say they induce cravings.

Looking at the sweetners used themselves:
Acesulfame K stimulates insulin secretion in a dose dependent fashion thereby possibly aggravating reactive hypoglycemia ("low blood sugar attacks").

We recently bought the Real meal revolution: Raising Superheroes book. It's got some awesome recipes in. Actually prefer it to the first book's recipes. It kinda feels easier to make and less strict

That's because the recipes are meant for the kids who need a higher carb intake and not adults

I have decided to eat only fish for breakfast. Two pieces of toast with either a can of sardines, tuna or Oysters. The sardines and tuna I eat with a spoonful of mayo as well. Things seem good so far. With a mug of sugarless coffee. I find it very filling. I don't get the heavy cravings at the lunch hours anymore.

Any ideas on how good this is?
