Thank you very much.

Yeah I know the new Revolution line at Checkers. Been buying their flaxseed powder for a while now. Just never seen these bases or wraps there before. Must be new additions in the past week or two.

Nutrition looks good. Will grab a pack of each next time we go grocery shopping.
Not to pricey either. About 45 - 50 bucks for 4 wraps or bases.

why are some banters experiencing an increase in cholesterol and others have a decrease?

I stopped because so many individuals advised me it's unhealthy in the long run. My knowledge on the science behind it lies at a flat zero so I'm not even going to try or suggest I know something

Every person is different but for me it has been hugely beneficial ( from weight to hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol and other issues ). Share your concerns? We can talk and you can make a fully informed choice, lots of fear mongering out there.

If you really want to find out what works for you, get everything measured before you start and then again after one month of strict Banting. That way you know whether things have gone up or down during the new diet.

I'm trying to figure out how much meat I need to eat per day (in the context of this being my primary source of protein). I weigh around 72 and am verging on the sedentary. Any ideas?

a typo for grindr...where you would go to ask another dude his length.......
Ah okay.
:D

No in this case there is a list that corresponds length (height) to lean body mass and it then indicates proteine and fats needed on a low carb diet.

Cool, thanks. I am going to make a concerted effort to stay in ketosis soon, if I'm not there already with 24 hour fasting. In fact my concern RE protein is that I am having too much and it's kicking me out of the state.

My length is about 1.78 metres, I think.

Will try the calculator.

You using any kind of blood/breath/urine ketone tests to measure your levels?

Not currently, I will probably do so once I have a good rhythm going in terms of my eating patterns as I've been a bit all over the place in that regard.
