What's on the LCHF menu for lunch?
What is filling?

Thinking of taking halved Jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in Bacon.

Yes, the Enterprise ones.

Processed meats are on the red list. Cut the viennas, beans and Coke and I guarantee the weight will drop.
I avoid eating out as much as possible, almost everything contains hidden carbs. I had the cauli/broccoli bake from Checkers recently, but the sauce was loaded with corn flour.

All anecdotal off course but personally I don't find stuff like Coke Zero or Tab to have any negative effects.

I've been having almost 1lt (sometimes 2lt) daily for the past two years.

I also make my own liquid sweetener and enjoy very sweet coffee and tea on a regular basis. Also use it for cooking and my protein smoothies.

If you have the discipline to not cave in to other cravings, go ahead and enjoy your Coke Light. But if you find it triggers cravings. Then rather try and cut it out completely.

Its not to much craving, well i guess it is. I like the caffeine. If I dont get adequate amounts of caffeine from espresso or coke I get horrible headaches and i turn into a tyrant. So it just takes the edge off me nicely.

I'll cut the processed chicken/meats and also drop the beans this week and see.

I think i need to increase my vegetable intake too, its been somewhat lacking.

^^^ Coke Life has a blend of stevia and regular sugar. A definite no no. Rather light or zero.

+1. We sometimes buy their premium chicken polony as well.

Oooh, I just bought that like 2 days ago. Damnit man, I'm not a fan of vegetables, but rainbow chicken stuff is like leagues ahead of like Enterprise.

Bought some Enterprise chicken viennas, because Pick 'n Pay was out of stock of the Rainbow.... fed it to the dogs
