Is that less than 1kg per week? That is still phenomenal. How long have you been losing weight? Where did you start?Hit a week of very very slow weight loss (less than 1kg)... so stopped my morning BF coffee and switched over to just black coffee in the morning and still doing OMAD. Hopefully this gets me losing again.
