You won't. This is a substitute for rice that works brilliantly and tastes better than rice.
 
Nice. Can't believe I never shopped at a butcher for my meat before (well since years ago).

It's flipping awesome.
Grate a cauliflower, and fry it up in loads of butter with salt and pepper to taste

Should try this sometime. Have tried cauli mash and it's not too bad. Cauliflower-based pizza as well. It's a sort-of acceptable substitute, not a replacement though. A proper pizza base still tastes way better.

I enjoy cheese boere wors (not those russian things), Coriander boerewors. But the one I buy monthly from my butcher he calls "ouma wors" :D Just nice and plain, no funny stuff
 
Made a nice end of month budget stir fry last night. 1 baby cabbage, 2 carrots, and an onion. All chopped up and fried on high heat with garlic, ginger, chili, soy & oyster sauce, and a more than generous amount of coconut oil. I will be doing it again!
 
Some confusion regarding coffee.

Originally it was "coffee as much as you like" (with cream not milk).

Then it was just coffee (with cream not milk).

Then I came across this:

How much coffee you guys drink and is it normal or decaf?

Does not make sense though, some of the strongest and most effective dietpills contains caffeine (ECA ring any bells...)
But I have not lost anything the last week (almost 2 now) and its starting to get farking irritating, i'm consuming no sugar or carbs, well probably not nothing, but im following the green list 110%.
But for argument sake im going to leave coffee and replace it with Rooibos tea and see what happens.
 
carrots are very starchy, check it doesn't affect you

You'll probably find that while your weight isn't changing you'll still be shrinking...
 
You guys know I hate veggies more than I hate blackberry, right?

I need recipes where I can get some fat and veggies in without actually tasting those vile little fruits of the devil.

That baby marrow thing I made the other night was perfect.

Think of me as a child you want to trick into eating veggies... what will you feed them? Now tell me, and I'll oblige :D

Body re-composition in progress. Just continue what you are doing.

With the plateaux, do you just wait for it to pass, or do you mix things up to break through it?

As per our discussion last night. Loaded cauliflower.

1 large head cauliflower
6 -8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
6 tablespoons chopped chives
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese
8 ounces sliced mushrooms

In a large pot boil water and cook cauliflower for 8-10 minutes, drain and let cool.

In a large bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 of crumbled bacon, 3 TBS chives, 1 cup cheese, mushrooms and cauliflower, mix well.

Place mixture in baking dish and cover with remaining 1 cup of cheese and bacon.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. Top with remaining chives and serve.

PS: I add garlic and chillies to my fried bacon. Love my garlic and hot/spicy stuff.

Actually yes, yesterday I noticed how loose my pants are and my old shirt just fitting better and better, Basically i must just be patient and the weigh-loss will start again?
 
^daaaaamn... that looks like something that will trick any kid. I think I'll do that. Sorry Sinbad, cauliflour rice will have to wait for another night :D
