Your body cannot metabolise it.
Sucralose has zero effect on insulin. Your body cannot metabolise it.
It's not all about how many Kg's you shed, it's the healthy living thing too.....you weigh 10kg less, but how much insulin is swimming in your blood? I guess if you don't care about being healthy, but just about the kg's, then there should be more corners that you can cut.
So what does that mean then? It's good? Or it's bad?
It does not affect your diet. The reason they don't want you to take Sucralose is because you will then still crave sweet foods. (which is also a myth, i don't crave any sweets or chocolates)
I don't crave anything either. Xylitol and Stevia is a damn lot more expensive than Sucralose as well. I get the 100 sachet pack at a local store for R26 vs R70 plus for Xylitol or Stevia
Stevia tastes YUCK!
Heavy aftertaste.
Selati has a special at Checkers, its 300 tabs + 200 free for R44, be damned if I pay R70 for Xylitol or Stevia, ill be bankrupted![]()
Doesn't even taste sweet to me when adding it to tea.
Kawfee, who needs it? pffft Water FTW!

Tried a stevia-sweetened "ice-cream". Blended mascarpone, cream, and cocoa. Freeze and stir frequently. Very good and no aftertaste.
Ok, now that sounds worth a try. Will it work in an ice-cream maker? Is there a recipe
