so a bit of digging around trying to find some research instead of opinion on caffeine, adrenalin and glucose and I found this

In conclusion, we have demonstrated that acute caffeine ingestion does not affect EGP (endogenous glucose production). Furthermore, we have demonstrated that caffeine's attenuation of insulin-mediated, whole-body glucose disposal is not attributed to the small increase in adrenaline concentration alone and that additional mechanisms, possibly adenosine receptor antagonism, must be involved.

Meatza base in the oven. Made it a little thinner this time, i think. Karan beef mince as well. Could literally feel the minced meat falling to pieces in my hand as I mixed through the spices. Quality stuff.

Not sure if I'll have any meatza though, had a big steak for lunch, with nothing else... was also drinking water while everyone was drinking beer... test 1 = passed.

just be aware that Karan beef is grain fed
 
What do you guys think of this?

Are you serious? What on earth is that anyway? It is only sugar, with no protein or fat? It goes against everything that is banting! One serving is 22g of carbs - which is a massive!
