Nope, just those who don't advocate throwing the baby out with the bath water. No fruit or tomatoes indeed. It's nice to find something that works for you, but to advocate for not touching fruit or many veg because they were available for only one or two weeks a year to our ancestors... that's bull.
There is no one size fits all, but I agree that we overdo everything these days - everything is too convenient so we stuff ourselves on the things we like. I guarantee you that meat, cheese, butter, etc. was not available to our ancestors in the quantities that LCHF dieters eat so the ancestors point is twang.
