Oh, probably mentioned before but have you guys checked out Caring Candies? Very tempted to grab me some choc bars this month ( 2g carbs per 50g bar ). They specialize in Banting/LowCarb confectionary.

wOOHoo, I finally reached my goal that I set out last year. reached 75kh on the dot yesterday. Took me 1 year and 1 month. From 95kg to 75kg
 
Hi all, I need to get back on the banting wagon.

I might need some guidance getting back into the swing of things.

I started with some Honeybush tea at 08h00, then at 09h00 had 2 slices smoked gammon and 2 boiled eggs. Lunch was 1 piece of chicken with cream spinach and pumpkin.

I think I need to go through that green list again.

Cut the complex carbs - bread, rice etc
Insure protein covers daily allotment, add fat for satiety and stick to leafy green veg.

Basic rules of LC.
