AKA : omelette

it was so super easy to make, and to me, it's like real milktart.... gosh it's good....

My wife has a recipe for lemon curd/custard. I kid you not, her lowcarb fruit tarts are extremely popular, fruit makes it refreshing too.

Had scrambled egg this morning with a dollop of flavoured cream cheese ( smoky ham ) , very nice.

I made gemsquash with mature chedder and bacon and tomato. Was delish.

I found Thomas Delauer on Youtube. Keto body builder. Very interesting videos. He often goes into very scientific detail which is refreshing. I have found it very informative for my own keto lifestyle. :)

Interesting take on alcohol - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fz-mlFMQXjc

I just made these.
Got request from my daughter and my first response was hell I disown you, but then I thought what the heck why not.

Basically throw a whole Avo into blender add some honey, peanut butter (around 3 /4 table spoons), one egg, some cocoa - I just put a couple of spoons in, if you have some dark Lindt chop it up a bit and throw it in, if you feel like some vanilla essence not essential - bake for around 15 minutes on wax paper and you have banting moist chocolate chip cookies.

This looks super yum. I have a question though. For the cocoa what cocoa did you use and also what spoons did you use?

Shouldn't matter as along as you use proper cocoa, not some mix. Most of cocoa is fibre.

Hey Guys

Hope you all are doing well. One month update:

Starting weight : 152.7KG
Current weight : 142.00Kg

Down 10 for the first month.

I am now finally in a comfortable routine with IF and trying to figure out what to eat. I big thing for me was starting to track macros, this makes a massive difference also really makes you understand what you are putting into your body.

Doing a proper measure this weekend to start tracking CM's lost.

IF is great. I'm not even actively doing an IF routine, but often I'll find that I haven't eaten whole day and I'm only starting to get hungry an entire day after I've last eaten. Case in point: today's first meal of the day is almost ready :D

Yeah eating high fat really curbs hunger, I am currently doing 18/6 IF. Going to start full 24 hour fasts from next month to try and see what the results will be.

I started IF last week saturday and I my fat has started to continue again ! Lost 1kg in this last week. Amazing.
