IRC is now back to its usual 75+ ppl in the PTAWUG channel!! (and growing)

It's all systems go for 2009!!
 
How good is the jawug? Is the jawug connected to the ptawug? Im thinking about join:)

OK, I seriously want to get connected at our Jhb offices now. I have done the line of sight photos and uploaded them to the site - under garyvdh.

So now where do I go from here? Where to buy the equipment? and the installation guides or someone to help me?

Please don't tell me to log on to the IRC channel. I have done that already several times. Now I actually need to go to the next step.

Hey Gary, i remember you stay in around meyersdal ? we will be setting up our platberg site this weekend (weather depending) i'm pretty sure you can it from your place. We have to decide on what antennas to put there, so we'll let you know a soon as the site is up and running, and advise you on a kit to connect.

nee man, quota as in a transfer quota, some guy was talking about someone in PTAWUG transferring a torrent to him in JHBWug, and he said it was close to reaching his quota.

Thought it was weird, asked them about it but noone replied, i think they are scared of me

Yes, I am in Brackenhurst for my house... and in the Jhb CBD for my office. I want to get both sites connected! I am sure the CBD one has excellent line of sight. I could probably get started on that right away. I did upload pics for the Jhb CBD LOS. They should still be on there under garyvdh.

I will wait on the Brackenhurst connection though! Thanks man. :)
