Myprotein up to 50% off, this a week after i placed a order at 30% off.![]()
any items that would have worked out cheaper? i had a quick look and it seems the 2.5kg whey bags would still be cheaper under last weeks 30% off.

divide your workout into a Push/Pull/Lower/Core, start with 6 basic exercises and rest 1 and 2 min between each set. 2 sets of 10 isn't gonna get you anywhere cut those reps in half and do sets of 6,6,5,5,4 for more volume expect reps to drop off towards the end. Im not sure what your actual strength levels are, here's a list of exercises to help you build a routine pick 2 from each group and follow the rep scheme and see how you get on
push
pushups
diamond pushups
decline pushups
archer pushups
dips
pull
rows
inverted rows
pull ups
core
leg/knee raises
plank
windshield wipers
L-sit
dragon flag
lower
lunges
reverse lunges
shrimp squat
pistol squats (goat bodyweight leg exercise)
exercises are grouped from easy to kuk hard
Awesome!
Thanks for the advise. I will keep this on my wall as a routine.
How big and fit are you bigboy529, excuse the punThought this the best place to ask.
I want to buy a few weights for training at home, nothing too serious, a couple of dumbbells or kettlebells to start out with, plan is to buy more as the need arises in future.
So, where in SA will I get the best prices, preferably online? I know nothing of these things, are there certain brands to look out for, certain brands to avoid? It will only be for casual use at home, so obviously I don't need the most expensive high quality stuff, but at least want something decent.

If it is a 20kg kettlebell you want, Dischem was selling one for about R350 which is much cheaper than elsewhere.
