The Bodybuilders Thread: Circuit II

No need to concede to anything, this isn't a personal p**ing contest lol. There's nothing to be won. And there's more than that one study regardless. My opinion isn't going to change, and yours shouldn't based on what I say either. That's the beauty of the net, everyone throws their opinion in the hat, you take what works for you and mostly do your own research. ;)
Just don't p*** all over other's opinions as if you're the last authority on something you're not, that's all.

DON'T FSCKING TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!1111one

... Just kidding. No harm, no foul. ;)

I've been using whey products for nearly ten years, and have had zero negative effects except for the occasional protein farts. :D

To each their own I guess. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Be thankful, I'm sitting in 30-40C heat in Haiti farting rice, beans, bread fruit and goat. :D

Failed again today... but only 1 out of the 5 sets this time. Sure I'm gonna make it next week :D

Awesome, Rome wasn't built in a day. Nothing wrong with pushing and being patient. Remember that sleep is when you build muscle, Gym is when you break it down.

Try pull-ups. Then you'll learn about failure.

I failed every set, every day for 6 months. But after that persistence, now I do sets of 15-20 for a light warm up. Easy money.

Yeah, Sixpackshortcuts phase 2 day 2 starts with 50 pullups. Eish.

Will taste test soon, the calories might be enough for me. I'm not a big guy :p

The meals were around 1,200 calories (5000kj) per day. That is a crash diet for anyone imo. It was soul destroying. Would rather make the time and make proper food.

Can somebody perhaps guide or have an opinion on rice for bulking? (Plain Tastic rice)

Rice is one of my main carb sources during both bulking and cutting. White basmati is my choice based on taste and ease of cooking (15 mins in my Sistema microwave rice cooker).

What more do you want to know?
