That's what I use. Very good pumps and adds some vascularity.

Try Evolve Neuro Pump. Taste is not great, but it works well. You can get it from supplement world or xtreme nutrition.

If your more into international pre-workouts try Innovapharm Nova Neuro Pump available from Next Level Supplements. A bit more expensive, but a single serving should be enough. tastes great

Give it a shot, it has 6grams of citrulline malate and 300mg patented vaso 6 for good pumps. It contains a nice blend of focus ingredients as well
 
Quick question, what is everyone's choice regarding mask for training?
Looking for a comfortable mask for gym.
 
Anyone know where to buy decent thickness rope for climbing? Found one but R1000 for rope seems a bit much unless that's the standard price. Preferably this kind of material so it'll last outdoors but not too bothered what kind it is.

They'll have it. A while back, I bought pulleys, cable rope and carabiners from them*. When I went to collect it, the guy showed me around and said that Crossfitters prefer to buy climbing rope from them since it was cheaper.

That is a good price for rope of this quality. I would go for it. Don't skimp on quality if it's going to be out in the rain.

Same I don't wear gloves but on the other hand I kinda would like something I can keep outdoors - hang in a tree and leave there. Though if it's cheap enough I don't mind replacing twice a year or something. Thanks for the tips and link @yeldoom - gonna go check out ropecon some time and see what they got.

I'm looking at gymastics rings from the same place so maybe I should go in and see what the synthetic feels like to climb.

I've bought quite a few SMAI products from Shen Sports for my home gym setup and quality is great.
 
Dude has some cool content, I like his approach to mobility and engaging the body in a wide variety of ways.

Went to the one in Paarden Eiland. Found some natural. They also have offcut bins with some well-priced lengths of rope in. Nice selection of stuff and very friendly helpful staff.

Regarding a good or decent value for money multivitamin, what do you guys suggest?

Centrum is so expensive at R333 for 'Centrum Ec4 90 Tablets' at Dischem.

Compare them side by side, by ingredients and dosages, decide from there.

Look at the Dischem branded 'Spectrum' multivitamin. It's their version of Centrum. Almost the same ingredients but cheaper.
