If you are going to supplement with extra protein then Whey during the day and Casein before bed is the best way to go.

Do any of you guys use creatine? Is it worth the trouble?
Yes and no. A certain part of the population are non responders (It just does nothing for them). I think I am one of these people as I was using it for a few months, stopped using it an nothing changed. But try it out, it's cheap.
