yeah that's all round a pretty good physique.

how do you manage to drink so mch water a day, I used to, now i struggle to drink 1L along wiht the other fluid intakes like coffee and a juice etc.

I fill the pump bottle at the water cooler when I get to the office at 6h30. After my morning coffe I keep sipping on the water through the day. When it is finished I refill and drink again. Most of my water is consumed between 06h30 and 17h30 when I leave for home. Think it helps having the bottle in front of me the whole day. When I notice it I take a sip.

At home I'll have some water during my workout and usually 2 cups of coffee before bed.

I used to watch some of his videos - but they've become a tad too ridiculous of late.
 
Have anyone used the Pro Nutrition supplements ? My 2 sons have been using supplements like Nutritech. They are both now serious about going into bodybuilding and doing competitions. They each have a coach now helping them. (Not the same coach) The youngster tells me today about Pro Nutrition supplements.

Are they any good ?

Just had a look. Not a fan of supps that have propriety blends like in their NO pre. Usually underdosed with key ingredients.

I'd be surprised if there is a massive difference to be honest. I don't know anything about supplements, but my guess based on the way in which these products are developed is that the actual ingredients that matter (ie protein and creatine) will be the same in both.

A lot of the supplements supposed to boost testosterone actually have no effect at all. Look at the research studies done on them - failed to outperform placebo.

I looked it up a little bit, the only labels they provide are for ants. What I always said is the supplement market is over-saturated with crap. Stick to the tested, known brands like ON or BSN. The three SA brands that are trusted (there may be others I'm not aware of) are SSN, Evox and Nutritech. Don't waste money on brands you don't know.

It looks like an American brand. I'm just not convinced it will be any better.

I haven't used their shipping at all. The only purchase I made there I picked up from their office the next day and paid in cash.
