The Bodybuilders Thread: Circuit II

Thanks. Downloaded this and started using it this morning so will see how it goes. Just for non barcoded stuff, how do i know which option to choose. Like chicken for example (generic ones; not KFC or the like) has various entries with different calories associated to them. Just choose one and hope for the best?

You will need to weigh each food item separately and then add them to the app. I look up the values online and in the app to get a good sense of what is the correct KJ count for each food item type. The app is pretty accurate though.

There is also some solid advise here (posted further up in this thread):

My Fav:
Sixpack shortcuts:

An awesome combination of HIT, functional and weight training that will get you fit and build strength. Best program I've done but definitely not easy to keep it up on a busy schedule.
Includes eating program and videos online.

Stronglifts 5x5:

An easier program on the heart than SPS but good for steady strength building.

not sure if posted yet but myprotein.co.za is having 30% off sitewide with the promo code EVERYTHINGZA (plus a free shaker bottle with orders over R1000)

ordered my first batch :D

But don't forget customs duties....

How much did you pay on your order?

the customs is the reason i was wary of trying them out initially. but their prices is a bit lower than local on a per kilo basis. so as long as the customs is not more than 30% of the value i should be scoring. the awesome flavors will be a bonus

Does no one read the posts in this thread?

You customs duties on one package will be about R250. This is if your package is 1kg or your package is 10kg, doesn't matter what size.

Your EOQ is 10kgs or 2 x 5kg bags; I'm not sure if 4 x 2,5kg bags are placed in one package though. Anything more than that and they'll split the packages. I ordered 20 kgs plus some really small items and they sent the order in two packages of just over 10kgs each.
