I hear you... I guess I'm not concerned about that because I kinda know I need to eat more of the right stuff if I am gonna be working my ass off. Dude that sounds very serious. I can easily lose weight, but I haven't lost that much that fast ever.I think I should go for blood tests.

I'm the same. I've not started using NeuroCore pre-workout before gym, still not sure if it works. I used to use a lot of ephedrine back in the day, but I won't touch that stuff again, although it works like magic.
I want to avoid supplements and "Energy boosters" as I believe they always have a side effect. Like coming off a high and crashing.
In my experience, I got this fixed after I made going to gym everyday a habit, and make sure that I get enough sleep in each night. With that, I don't drink coffee with caffeine or any other caffeine drinks any more.
Also make sure, you eat enough healthy food and stay hydrated during the day and get in all your vitamins, and I am not talking about the cheap vitamin supplements that do you more harm than good.
Do all of the above, and you will feel great every day all day, worked for me, and literally changed my life. Loving it.

The gym is just one of the things I wanted to do to build strength not specifically just muscle size, that is my morning exercise before work.I'm not really a fan of the gym.
Maybe some general exercises will be good - walking / running ?

Right now I don't monitor any of my body's intake - but the point of taking part in this thread is to change that.![]()
I'm going to start drinking water during the day and staying off the coffee.
Also, I am going to start eating breakfast in the mornings and snacks during the day (Yogurt, fruit) etc before lunch.
