The other day when the gym was almost empty, I quickly tried a couple bench presses.
Let me just say, I'm glad the gym was empty.
It's going to take a couple of months of pushups at home before I will tackle that at the gym again.

I've been quit meh at gym for a while now, I was benching 100kg on my last set for 8 reps and I weighed~72kg then, I reckon I could have one repped 140, now though, maybe 1 rep 100![]()
Shouldn't happen that quickly IMO. Did you change your eating routine? Maybe your body was expecting breakfast but got a black coffee instead. :-\
