Quick question, I was using Bullnox for a pre workout, but was lacking energy. Went into the supplemt shop and the guy recommended redline, so bought some of that.

He said it should be ok to mix the redline and bullnox, any thoughts?

Wish I could help but I've never used a pre workout supplement.

Do they really give you that bit of extra boost?

I'm not into any pre workout shakes, usually just chomp down a big spoon of peanut butter & a glass of milk.

The bullnox seriously helps with Pump, no real energy boost though, the bullnox also has a testosterone igniter.

Will update how the redline helps tomorrow.

My previous pre workout which I used before I took my 3 month sabbatical worked like a charm, SUPER energy boost, just cant remember the name ;/
 
I've got a slight strain in one of my deltoid muscles. ... number 11 in my left shoulder.

It feels deep, almost under my collarbone.

It's not really painful, just a niggly discomfort. But if I work it with some weights it becomes slightly worse.

But this has now messed up my program because this type of injury I suspect takes weeks to heal.

Would like to have something on hand for the days I have very little energy. Happens more often with this humidity lately.

Try hellfire for a start.

If your accustomed to preworkouts opt for a Jack3D.
 
On pre-workouts, I've been using Evox 3DT2 for the past 4 weeks. It was great the first 2 weeks, great pumps and mental focus. For the past 2 weeks I've been experiencing depression symptoms and anxiety. Did some research on its active ingredients and found that it's got DMAA. I'm picking bad news on this compound. Anyone exhibiting these symptoms?
 
Been thinking of getting a pre workout, too. I'm going to need it now that I'm working Mon-Fri again: 1 hour to work in traffic, work 8.5hrs, then 1.5hrs back home in traffic again, then gym. Going to be rough.

Dude it's brilliant it's the original one. Generation Iron is a modern version of the classic pumping iron. Like its pumping iron 2
