Isn't it that your body only starts using your reserves (fat) after about 45mins of working out? Or did I read that wrong? I'm a hard-gainer, but have been out of the loop for a while (started last week) and have this stubborn fatty, bloated stomach that I desperately need to get rid of somehow
I'm trying my best to cut wheat out of my diet completely, as I've noticed my stomach only swells up after I've eaten it. Life without bread, though...

Stomach fat .... There is a old saying ABS are made in the kitchen and I cannot agree more.
Regarding fat, your body will deplete reserve fat if you eat clean carbs.
Fck Tim noaks, your body's preferred energy source is carbs, eat healthy carbs and get omega fats in fish oil etc and you will be lean mean fat burning machine.
