Pre workout drink
Started Gym about 2 months back. I.m 5 ft 7 and about 56kg ( initially-Quite thin ). Pretty chuffed with myself, moved up to weights >12kg over the last week and started doing dips, hopefully in the next couple of months I will make some more progress. Considering I was struggling with 6kg at the start and couldn't do a single dip lol. Go to gym 5 days a week, focusing on 1-2 muscle group/day. Protein shake twice a day with regular meals. I still look thin but atleast I am moving forward.
I just had a look at it and it seems very overdosed. What time do you usually gym? Can you go to sleep after gym or does the stims keep you up?
How do u know when it's a good time to start cutting? My gains have been very slow[1] as I seem to take 2 steps forward and 1 step back when i get sick or something forces me to cut down the gym frequency. I really wanna see my of my hidden six pack so i was wondering whats the best way to burn fat?That's part of the package you will need to accept when "bulking-up" I think. All those carbs.When you start cutting again you will throw off the little bit of fat and hopefully feel less bloated.

Is it running/cardio or a calorie restricted diet? I can see the top 2 segments of my hidden six pack but realise i probably need to lose 4kg of fat to see the rest!
I weigh 66kg currently, am 1.68 metres tall and i am 18-19% body fat according to one of those Salter scales.
The heaviest I have ever been in my adult life is 67kg and the lightest is 62.5kg (early this year). I have averaged 65kg for the last 14 years so at my height I have never been a very cut individual! My personal trainer classes me as 'skinny fat' which I think is apt unfortunately
EDIT: [1] Been gyming on and off for the last year.
I get up 4:30 smack back some ester and a pre work-out, then i hit the gym at like 5ish. You damn right it is overdosed. Most insane pre work out i have ever tried. I bought shotgun as well so i will test that tomorrow.
I only take a pre work out because i know if i do not i will be half assed at gym, never nice getting up at 4:30.

What was the pumps like? Were did you buy it? I've never seen shops selling it. Cost?
