Do testosterone boosters even work?
NO. Complete waste of time and money.
Surely the effect might differ depending on the individual? I did read interesting stuff on cortisol levels which was saying that it's no good boosting testosterone if ur cortisol levels are high and gonna be interferring with the testosterone.

Linky and excerpt below:
The absolute numbers of those various hormones doesn’t really mean jack, but the relationship between them does. In other words, you might have the testosterone level of a Gila monster but it won’t mean a damn thing if you also have the cortisol level of a guy getting ready to jump in a pool with sharks to test out a shark repellent. Or you could have a low to moderate testosterone level, but if your cortisol is as low as a male porn star, you will probably tend be in a good anabolic state for muscle growth.

The only "legal" supp that i've read good reviews about is Gaspari BioForge, which I don't think is in SA yet. Natural test boosters are a waste, Tribulus etc, which would only increase your libido. If you wan't to increase your test levels, inject...thats what I did :)

I have heard that taking Serms (nolvadex, clomid) does increase your test levels.

Its not that bad. I didn't get that much, just a spot here and there on my back and chest.

Just go for a tan once in a while to hide it, i do ;)

NO. Complete waste of time and money.

Darn it! I've just bought ZMA. So is it completely useless to me, should I even bother taking it or will there be some kind of benefit?

Also, should I worry about my hair falling out? Its already starting to thin and I don't want to accelerate the process haha :)

Firstly, start with what ZMA stands for, and then decide... ;)

I think acne would be the least of your worries with regards to side effects and juice

What about human growth hormones to kick start things? haha :D.

Just eat and train man

You just need to ask yourself why you're going through this whole process and what your long term goals are, if its to be huge then the djtay route is your only option, if its a fit and healthy lifestyle you're after, do things naturally, it takes longer but its more rewarding and easier to maintain.. and you're not increasing your risk of a heart attack later on in life

Ya Ya i know :D. It is an endurance race not a sprint. Actually i am just doing it for myself this time to stay fit and have something to focus on :D.

Would be nice to see all my hard work pay off quickly though but ya i am eating like there is no tomorrow and training hard.

You can use the machine at VA, it will give you a relatively good idea..
proper BF measurement takes a fair amount of time...they take pincers and do measurements from various body parts, do length measurements etc etc...then come up with a figure...
the VA scan will be close enough to give a decent indication

Too late, I've already opened it! Oh well.....

Can you guys please tell me if you think the supplements I am taking are alright?

Right, so they are:

1. Vitamin supplement (its one high in vit B, for energy etc)
2. Biogen Ultra Pump NOS (pre-workout drink)
3. Biogen ZMA testo (the waste of money ;) )
4. Evox CLA
5. Biogen Aminogen (BCAA)
6. Evox whey protein
7. Biogen Nitroplex (for when Evox runs out)

I know its a lot of Biogen and they aren't great, but I bought this stuff about 6 months ago before I realized this.

I only started training about 3 weeks ago. I go with a partner in the morning (5 am) and we train heavy weights.

So, am I gonna give myself a heart attack or liver-failure or something haha?! ;)

I'm an Ectomorph and I am quite skinny and tall.

I have been trying to eat a lot. What supplement would be good for me to take with regards to gaining muscle, lean muscle though, I don't want to look fat lol.

Pooky if you struggle to put on weight you will need carbs i reckon.

If you want to put on muscle you need to chow, you then cut when you hit a target. I could be wrong if you struggle to put on weight i am not sure protein will do it for. Someone may correct me on this though.

A combination. Going to gym and supplements. I dont expect just to gain muscle from only supplements.
