A combination. Going to gym and supplements. I dont expect just to gain muscle from only supplements.

Well what are you goals? How much weight do you want to put on?

I have the same problem, my goal is too put on as much weight as possible. All i do is eat, all day long and i eat anything that does not contain a lot of fat. Without eating though you will see very slow results. I have only managed 5kg's in 3 months , which is not bad considering i was in greece for 2 weeks and barely gymmed :D

I have 3 protein shakes(muscle meal) during the day and i use casien protein before i go to bed. One of those shakes is the morning shakes and that is whey protein isolate cause it works fast or some shyte haha. It is rather involved this supplement thing. It is more than likely cheaper to just inject :p

For me, injecting takes away the whole purpose of what gym should be all about. For me that is to relax, blow off some steam, be healthy, get stronger and also to look good.
There's absolutely no trick to it to inject yourself and become freakkin huge. Anyone can do that. But training with dedication and working towards goals along the way are a lot more satisfying than to know that you took the "short-cut".
Just my 5c worth on "injecting".

As killa said, the supplement-thing can become quite expensive :D Luckily for my supplement account, my shoulder is injured and I'm out for 2months. So now I'm saving up some money for when I start to gym again.

I'm not sure how much weight I want to put on. At the moment I am 182cm and 70kgs.

I want to have a good looking physique, my goal is NOT just to pack on lots and lots of weight and become HUGE. I want to have lots of definition but also be built up a bit.

As far as i know you cannot be huge and get defined, you need to get huge then get defined as far as i can tell. Wow you need to put on some serious weight. Muscle meal or a meal replacement and chow like a motherFcker.

Can you get defined and huge at the same time? I just looking at getting big i will concentrate on def when i have put another 8kg's or so :D. Muscles of course. Sure funker but i am 29 bru. I will be well into my 30's before i am where i want to be at this rate hahah. Anyways i agree i do enjoy seeing my body transform without any help.

From a bodybuilding perspective it is hard to get large and stay cut at the same time. Typically a guy would bulk up, then cut back to the desired weight knowing the variables. EG Put on 10Kg's to lose 5Kg's of "fat" to reach the desired goal.
That is not eating junk food though. You would want a mostly muscle build, so you don't have to lose all the weight you put on in order to look "good".

Yeah I've been going natural for a while now. Have nothing against supplements, right now I just want to see my natural limits.

What I do find difficult is trying to summon the energy for a good workout after a 10hr day :( Fortunately Eminem/Bonecrusher etc help me through

Hi guys,

Are there any supplements available to thicken the skin so veins wouldn't be so visible ?

Can see veins on my back of my hands, forearms, shoulders and biceps and kinda scared they might burst

Why don't you gym in the morning?

I've also developed a nasty habit of getting to be after 11... that and Im too lazy :D
Seriously though, I am more of an evening guy. The hard part is wanting to go to gym. Once I'm there it's all good.

Once you've made it part of your routine, it becomes second nature to go to the gym. Besides this, I also believe that one should gym, not because you feel guilty or obligated to, but because one actually wants to be there. The most important thing is, you must enjoy it and make it fun for yourself. :) Just my gym-philosophy ;)

Thanks hey, I'm keeping it balanced my only down fall is weekend I struggle to eat correct and eat my proper meals, but during the week its nothing but hard work....ill keep my progress and report every so offen...for guys waiting to know I'm on a low-carb diet and eating 6-7 small meals a day

Fat loss is difficult as with low-carbs you are more tired and feel hungry offen, specially if you we're eating lots before you started to diet, its dedication and consistency...its a life style change and you just have to learn to go with the flow or prepare to DROWN

+1
I notice alot of the people that do inject dont last long in the gym either, they'll train for about 6 months to a year and then you never see them again

This is just an assumption, and some of the juicers on here could probably enlighten, but I think its because when they stop injecting for whatever reason (financial, health), and stop seeing results as quickly they lose motivation?

Animal pak is basically a vitamin supplement. Superb one as well. It will just help keep you healthy and supply you with much needed vitamins. I don't think it will help you lose weight and gain muscle, it might. I take it because i read your body need the vitamins to function 100% :D.

Only thing i have noticed is florescent pee :D.
