A combination. Going to gym and supplements. I dont expect just to gain muscle from only supplements.
Well what are you goals? How much weight do you want to put on?
I have the same problem, my goal is too put on as much weight as possible. All i do is eat, all day long and i eat anything that does not contain a lot of fat. Without eating though you will see very slow results. I have only managed 5kg's in 3 months
I have 3 protein shakes(muscle meal) during the day and i use casien protein before i go to bed. One of those shakes is the morning shakes and that is whey protein isolate cause it works fast or some shyte haha. It is rather involved this supplement thing. It is more than likely cheaper to just inject
