Have done some chest, back and shoulders this week and haven't felt my shoulder. Yet. Which is good.
Although I'm doing everything extremely light and careful, it's a start :p

Awesome and just bare in mind how gyming with no pain will be awesome when you think hmmm let me go heavier even though it may be too soon :D.

Try stay off the pre supps for a while because if they hit you lekka and like they claim you might become a beast ready to lift like crazy :D. Take em once you feel you are good to go.

Now why would you do that?
Quality carbs before training is what you need..

I want to stay away from protein shakes etc (pricey). You rate tuna/pilchards/chicken...basically lean proteins be enough to build muscle? So its carbs before workout and then protein afterwards workout?

Yip - if you have enough of it.

My diet currently consists of lean mince, chicken, eggs (12 a day), protein powder, peanut butter, almonds, oats and glucose powder.

I haven't used a protein shake since the start of November and tried eggs and pilchards after exercise, I honestly can't eat another sardine, at least protein shakes taste good. I have also recently started eating that Jungle Oats Energy breakfast. Lots of rolled oats mixed with dried fruits & nuts and then I just eat it with yogurt. It tastes great and a lot quicker to prepare than my normal oats breakfast.

Is it still "bodybuilding" if you're actively pursuing a more rotund figure as opposed to a hardened one?

Did anyone watch Carte Blanche last night?

A quick summary: Biogen Testogen was tested and found to have a type of steriod in it (DHEA) but this ingredient is not listed on the packaging. This makes it a schedule 5 drug which should not be sold without a prescription as far as I understand.

Never ever buying any of their products again, thats for damn sure!

BIOGEN is basically usn and if you think biogen are the only company out there putting stuff in their supps then you may as well stop everything. They only used biogen because it says on the bottle professional sportsmen can use it which is not true. Professional people should know supplements are not regulated so stay away.

What i did find funny was that usn guy said they would test their products to find out how it happened, omw that was funny. HTF do you have test your own products to find out what is in them :D. The guy got pwned solid haha and you could see it in his face.

Testogen sounds like a wicked product though, i wonder if they have pulled the product like the chop said they were going to do :D.
