BIOGEN is basically usn and if you think biogen are the only company out there putting stuff in their supps then you may as well stop everything. They only used biogen because it says on the bottle professional sportsmen can use it which is not true. Professional people should know supplements are not regulated so stay away.

What i did find funny was that usn guy said they would test their products to find out how it happened, omw that was funny. HTF do you have test your own products to find out what is in them :D. The guy got pwned solid haha and you could see it in his face.

Testogen sounds like a wicked product though, i wonder if they have pulled the product like the chop said they were going to do :D.

Well yeah Biogen is Dischems in house products which is produced by USN for them. Thats said, EAS had a whole range of products which were guaranteed to be free from any illegal **** and could be used by sportsmen with confidence.

USN has to add something to the sand they put in their supplements so that people can get some benefit out of using it

I saw some usn adverts in a magazine i was looking at the other day and the odd thing is it was a British mag.

What is the difference between http://www.usn.co.uk/category/Protein-Shakes-Meal-Replacements/23 and our usn apart from perhaps usn ZA manufacturers here. Is that why the quality is lacking or what?

I just read on that wiki page nivek that it is more likely to cause estrogen so i think i will stay away haha. Although when i heard them talking last night i was like hmmmmm sounds gooooooooood.

It's just our guys trying to spread the disease that is USN internationally :)

Today in Dischem I saw CreaGenic has a new pre-workout supp... Can't remember the name now though, but it looked cool :)

Dude i have no idea about this work out but if it's easy you are not building anything. Depending on your goal go as heavy as you can. Don't stick on one weight for too long.

Eish rapid my sleeping paterns are epic dude, 8:00 bed time wake up at 4ish. It is wonderful having sleep tabs cause you can dictate when you sleep so i get a solid nights' sleep no matter the time. Sometimes i drop a tab at like 6ish and sleep until 4.

I dunno but i reckon the more you sleep the better you recover, the better you work out the better you feel. What hurts is going on the jol over the weekend, i cannot make up that lost night . Mess me up badly, i feel tired and sleepy the whole bloody week.

I am taking Total Anabolic by Muscle Science.

It seems to be quite good.

As necessary as you make them.
I personally don't take any, but my bro (competing locally) runs the whole cycle. Pre/Post workout supplements really do work, but it's not the be all and end all.

Is it safe to exercise run or gym with a cold ?

I woke up this morning with all the symptoms of a cold and hardest thing today trying to force myself to do some exercise. Should I rather wait till the symptoms disappear or is it safe to exercise ?

If its just in your head then light exercise is ok, but if its in your chest i.e coughing etc then dont do anything!!!

Get a heart rate monitor, it will tell you exactly what your body is doing. I used to still train (a little lighter) with a cold, my dad did the same, it messed up his heart permanently and was told his pacemaker is a direct result of it.

Sure he is alot older, but it made me realise that maybe its worth just resting a bit

Thats exactly why I was asking if its a headcold or a chest one. If its in the head then you are fine to exercise lightly.
As soon as its in the chest though you have to stop everything because the strain it puts on your heart and lungs is a really bad thing. Either way its probably best to just skip everything until you are a bit better.

Its not worth the risk to train when you are sick. Your body is trying to heal so give it a chance to do so :)

And please wipe down your equipment if you use a public gym ;)

use gloves, towel and always wipe :)

I am rather going to rest for this week.

Tried so hard not to get sick this entire year and especially during the winter and now in the summer I get a cold :(
