Change hands when you have 'alone-time' :)
U sound like my trainer :p Seriously, maybe i need to do a sport that involves on the left arm. I started playing basketball again recently and my right arm would be sore for days after. Wouldn't be surprised if the increase in size came in the last month or so :p

Dont change something if its working :)

How long did it take to pick up those 6kg's?

2 buckets so about 2 months or so.

Ya i guess i should just stick with it cause i have noticed a major difference.

What do you guys take for gym if you do not use a pre work out? I think the caffeine is causing my break outs and going to gym and staying motivated is a long story now.
I need something to drive me on!!!!!!!! but i would rather struggle than live with this bloody chin acne!!!!!!

I am going to assume that caffeine is about the only stim used to make you focus and never want to leave the gym?

Its very likely sport is causing the symmetry issues. I play alot of squash, and i have a variety of exercises i have to keep doing to try maintain symmetry.

On another note, I am considering getting a bench at home....any recommendations on which/where to buy?

Dude best thing is to kick the pre work out supp dependancy all together, I was totally reliant on universal ST and no xplode for about 3 yrs..
Have some good carbs an hour before training, get some music playing while there, and motivate yourself, you shouldnt be in the gym more than 45mins to an hour anyway, the first 2-3 weeks will be tough because the lack of a PWO will play on your mind and you'll convince yourself you wont be able to lift the same weight, but after those weeks pass everything will be running 100% :D

Maybe get some plain vitargo?

I've been out on shoulder rehab for about 2 months now... Only starting to gym again in 3 weeks time.. That after hitting the gym straight for 2 years, only taking off some week or 2 here and there. It's going to be hell getting back in the routine, especially because I know what weights I lifted and what I'll be able to do now :(

Bought SSN BCAA's for R189 from dischem. INstructions say to pop one before a workout and/or another one after workouts. Did i just waste my money or are they worth using? I am trying to cut body fat right now and it's going well due to diet (veggies and lean protein - very little carbs) and 5 days a week of exercise/training.

I used BCAA's (USN's capsules) for some time but I didn't really feel that it made that big of a difference. But nonetheless, BCAA's are a necessary component in any bodybuilders supplement collection I think.

i've also used the bcaa's before, i didn't notice any big gains...but i have read it is some of the nutriants that your body needs, so maybe i already got them through my diet, and using the bcaas only gave me more expensive pee

Not too bad, went last week had 2 good work outs :D. Just the missing intense feeling of wanting to lift as much as possible for as long as possible is still bugging me but getting there.

On the bcaa topic i bought them thinking wow this will make me recover faster and i will be stronger but i have yet to really notice what they claim.

Sadly caffeine is the reason you can go hectic, all that other rubbish just makes up the numbers :D. Thinking back i should have just bought caffeine caps much cheaper.

Caffeine gives you that rush of energy, your body basically goes into shock and from there you get focus, strength, energy. Few more sessions and hopefully i will be there :D.

Okay, after about 2 and a half months of rehab an no gym (except a bit of legs) I'll be most likely starting again next week (if all goes well at the orthopedist).
I already ordered myself a shizz-load of supps. Some Evox 5XL, SSN CreaMass and I want to try the CytoSport MonsterPump also.
Besides the supps, do you guys think it will be wise to hit the circuit for a week or 2 before trying my normal routine?

*sigh* This is going to be hard :(
Thanks in advance!
