Reached a new PB on the squat:
8 reps with 60kg
8 reps with 60kg
6 reps with 70kg
6 reps with 75kg
6 reps with 80kg
So I'm squatting over my body weight, then my pants tore
I had dumbbells and plates lying all over the floor, had to wait about 1min after my last set before I could safely walk through everything with falling on my ass.
Then did some leg raises but was a goner by then.
Finished with some wide stance goblet squats that burned like hell.
