I paid nothing, im in the dairy industry.THose bags go for R1500 - R2000.Im waiting on the protein analysis to come back before i start taking it every day, but it tastes bland.I down raw eggs so i dont care about taste, only nutritional value.

I'm don't care about taste too much either because I usually gulp it down and get it over with anyway.

But their are some places I won't allow my taste buds to go. Bland is good. All I needed to know.

Will you be willing to start selling to follow MyBB memeber at say R110 per kg?

^ and this please

Anyway, raw whey protein + Pro10 = tasty proteinshake

Word of caution, only the chocolate one tastes okay, DO NOT BUY THE ORANGE.
Has anyone here downed unflavored protein?, it tastes rather k@k.

But if you are really feeling strong, try downing Pea Protein, OMG.....life changing experience.

In what way? Digestion? Certainly is quicker to make a shake with raw eggs. I always thought denatured protein was digested and broken down differently. At least we don't have major salmonella issues here like they do in the UK or some parts of the US.

Your body absorbs cooked eggs better than raw.

http://jn.nutrition.org/content/128/10/1716.full

They found that 90 per cent of the cooked egg was digested compared to just 51 per cent of the raw egg (The Journal of Nutrition, vol 128, p 1716).

Guys, im waiting on the protein analysis , only then will i decide to sell or not.

This. I'm a practical eater too. Do you know what kind of analysis is being done on the whey? I'm keen to hear. I'd love to have a home test kit for macros where you can do your own analysis. Just a pity the most common protein test registers melamine as protein lol.

No idea, just waiting on the figures / 100 g powder.

Just a quick thing... You guys know cooked eggs are better than swolling them raw right ?

But egg nog :( Nah - i do it because im pressed for time, Sat/Sunday is the only day i eat cooked eggs.

I've had some chronic pain in my left shoulder for some months now but, it was largely gone recently. It was feeling a little sore today but not major. I wrote it off to the rum and cokes I endulged in yesterday.

So, anyway I was doing bench presses today and I noticed I was gripping the bar closer to shoulder width so I moved my hands out so that my forearms were at 90degrees to my body. On my second rep my shoulder exploded in a literally searing hot pain when the bar was down which subsided when I pushed it up. I tried for a 3rd Rep but it was even worse. I finished my sets with a closer grip but all of a sudden it was hurting my elbow, although not with the same molten lava in my shoulder joint sort of pain.

Should I be worried?

Gout?
I'd say give it a week and try again. Try wide grip pushups if you're not sure.

Just thought it is super reasonable so bought 2.

From what I can gather monohydrate is monohydrate. Because it's so cheap to produce they have to add bells and whistles to push up the price (pill form, packaging, etc). I was thinking of getting the USN when my Muscletech runs out, but after all the hoo-ha about USN today, I'm thinking twice. It's probably cut with baby powder or something

Quick tip :

Take monohydrate and add Bicarbonate of soda

Bam! Very expensive krea-alkline

Yeah, I am getting old but, it turns out a searing pain is what happens when you bench with your elbows splayed out like a ****.
