That cant be right... unless you have absolutly no muscle and just fat...

I am 70kg - 1,73m and my BF is 10 - 15% if not less...
You said you were getting a boep, so how can you be 10%? Even at 15% you shouldnt have a boep.

Damn machines hate me.. Ja that's the thing is I am skinny with little muscle tone but definitely not fatty except for a little boep forming
A little boep does not equate to obese body fat (25%)...

I'd ask you guys for pics to prove it but someone already labelled me a perv :p

#nohomo, just meant like in the gym as a mentee I would like to see you at your potential, I had a friend very very similar starting build like you have now, my gosh you should see that oak.
 
I'd guess you're at 15 to 17% but the exact percentage is irrelevant depending on your goal. If you want a six-pack the only thing that matters is how many blocks are showing :p

Regarding core, I speak under correction but I think you can work on it without doing a single crunch.
 
Lol... Not that tall. And I'm not even the tallest. My sister is nearly as tall, and my younger brother is taller. I have cousins over 7ft.

Keep in mind my spinal flexibility is up to shiiit :(... plus me having scoliosis is not working wonders for me...

Yes I'm talking to you. Okey I'm not to clued up how you should approach it with scoliosis, but if you do a nice 12 reps tines 15 set workout...

( most people will frown the fck away after reading that, but trust me it's a killer without having to go really heavy which with scoliosis I assume won't be ideal? )
