* Reduce excess body fat, especially abdominal fat. (The reduction of abdominal fat is the single most profound effect of HGH replacement in many people)
I have been noticing some fat just above my hipbone developing, so the this is good I think?
* Decrease in the waist to hip ratio. (Meaning fat is removed primarily from around the waist where it is associated with a high risk of coronary disease)
Same as above
* Increase muscle mass. (and physical strength if combined with moderate exercise)
Exactly why I want it
* Reduce wrinkling of the skin and some other effects of skin aging. (Compliments can be Melanotan and MT-II)
Doubt this is true..if it is then great, i can regain my youth
* Re-grow certain internal organs that have atrophied with age.
I dont know
* Increase bone density.
This is good
* Strengthen the immune system.
Well I have had flu for weeks now so this is good
* Enhanced feeling of well being.
Well I need this because I feel like shiiit
* Reverse cognitive decline.
Doubt my cognitive processes can lower any more
* Stimulate production of the bone marrow cells that produce red blood cells.
Well this sounds good
* Reduce the probability that you will spend the last years of your life in a nursing home.
How exactly?

I dont know, these claims seem a bit dubious to me. I asked my doctor the other day and he says that HGH can make your head(nose ears lips jaw), hands, feet and stomach grow bigger..

But from the MuscleTalk Forum it seems to promote this as a positive drug, not just for bodybuilding.

Edit:

Will HGH make your penis or ball shrink?

NO your reading what you want to read.

HGH will do everything listed in that article when administered by professionals who knows how to use it with a plan and not someone who had never gymed and all a sudden asks around about steroids.

I said when I posted those links exactly what your doctor said.

Well I never asked about fuuckin steroids. I won use that shiit and I am not fuuckin trolling either. I am quite fuuckin serious.

If this product can actually benefit you in this way then the from an aesthetic point of view its not a bad idea. I would like to use it.
I am reading a bit about it and that strange growths is the only thing putting me off.

Stop saying im fuuckin trolling because I am not. I am assuming the question about shrinking genitals made you think I am trolling.

I dont know. people on this forum have no idea of what trolling is.

Don't be a moron - if you want to get into better shape put the hard work in:

1) Eat the correct things and the correct amounts

2) Work your ass off in the gym.

If after 10 years or so you are not where you want to be then start looking into the likes of HGH.

What jobs do you guys do in-between gym? I see guys/gals going to gym 4 hours a day, morning and night (from over hearing their conversation - its quiet interesting hearing what others say) I struggle to get time 3x a week if I am lucky. And even then I am limited to 1 hour session.

On the plus side. Tried that russian move for abs and holy **** does that tire you out. Think I will focus on that and calves for now.

I'm a C# Dev.

Also only get to the gym around 2 to 3 times per week of late; I've been exceptionally lazy.

Trying to find the motivation to get back to 5 / 6 times per week.

During the week I can only really get to the gym after work - if I go on the weekend then I usually get there sometime between 6 and 7 in the morning.

I'm a professional chess player. So I try to work in some quality gym time between matches.

I'm a PHP developer. Work flexi hours which is nice as I get to the gym when its quite often empty. Flexi hours also mean that I'm at work for 14 hours sometimes, but I still make time to go to gym. Also there on weekends.

If you want it bad enough, you will make time.

@random hero, please don't totally cut carbs out. You'll feel even weaker without them.
Rather carb cycle.

Also, try planking to build a strong core, it will stabilise your back nicely.

Are you able to squat?

Construction.

6am to 6pm during the week and 6am to 12pm on Saturdays.

But I make time. It helps when you have a pretty decent setup in your own garage.

Currently only managing 3 times a week for the past month but on average I do 5 times a week. Sessions are quick and intense. Rarely more than 50min.

Would be awesome to be able to work out @ home

It does help. Although you need to be much more disciplined. Especially since their is no gym partner for motivation.

I have dip bars, pull up bars, a complete power cage with DIY calf raise attachment (all built by myself), 250kg weights, dumbbells, barbell, EZ bar, spinning bike and 2 benches (incline and flat).

I'm working on building my own cable system but time is a bit limited at the moment and to be honest I can do just about everything I need with free weights.

That is awesome - what has it all set you back +- so far?

Lol no ant totally cut out carbs, that's not really possible for me. but I cycle 3 km a day at gym.

This morning I did some pushups and try to do some crunches by lying on my bed on my back and then sitting up and stretching all the way to my knees. I think I am going to do this in the mornings.

Don't have an exact figure. But estimates are:

Initial weights and bench was R1500. (second hand)

Extra bars - R500

Powercage + calf raise attachment - Steel and paint just over R1000. (I have welders and all the other tools needed to finish job).

Extra weights and bench R1000

Spinning bike I got at a bargain. R500 (actually had a rowing machine that I bought for R500 and I just swapped it for the bike later).

Pull up bars and dip bars - No cost. Had the steel lying around.

So lets round it off to about R5000 over the last year and a half.

Carb cycling has nothing to do with physically cycling :)
