Is there a big difference with these prework out stuff?
 
Quality... Whey probably refers to Whey Concentrate, and then you get Whey Isolate.
 
Whey isolate is over 90% protein, concentrate around 80%. Concentrate is fine if you are bulking or maintain low bodyfat quite easily. Isolate is what you should use on a ketogenic diet.
 
BSSA delivered my stash yesterday, was a long wait but well worth it i think.
 
R289/Kg is an insane markup. People won't pay that with so many other cheaper options out there.
 
Especially with the unstable delivery schedule.

My whey iso is out...so off to see what's at Dischem after work.

Not after the service went downhill, I was patient with them the entire year, but nothing changed, it just seems to have gotten worse.

I even worked around their delays, ordering my products three weeks in advance, and on my last order, this didn't even help.
 
What do you guys have to say about HIT kinda gyming? Like one really intense weight lifting set a week.
 
I'm doing HIIT now twice week... treadmill... killing me, I've mentioned before, hate cardio.
