Thanks for your answers. To get around the parcels being seized, what about buying locally? I see there is a company called greensmokeroom. has anyone bought from them recently? Are they trustworthy?
I just have nerves about having anything of that nature delivered to my house.

For those who haven't seen it yet, check out High Maintenance. It's such a funny little web series!

There are 6 seasons, most episodes only 10 - 15 mins long. I binged the lot in one sitting. :D

It's not on YouTube or Netflix, afaik, and HBO is not available in SA, but check pirate sites.

Is weed legal already, or is it only after the 24 months that it is officially legal?

The Constitutional Court has upheld the Western Cape High Court ruling that the private use of dagga is legal.

Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo made the ruling on Tuesday morning.

The court has thus decriminalised the use and possession of dagga in private use by an adult. It also gives Parliament 24 months to change a section of the Medicine Controls Act.

And what happens to all the guys that have been previously arrested for dagga possession?

Yes it is legal now since yesterdays judgement, any prior convictions arrests are not taken into account as they were prior to the judgement.
 
This thread is quite big, not going thru all the posts, but can someone give me a guide on how to grow and harvest my own weed plants.

Put seed in paper towel, or soak in bottled water for 24 hours. Place seed in soil, wait for seed to peak out and shed its shell, keep in bright area but out of direct sunlight, once plant is established you can keep it in direct sunlight, make sure to keep soil moist, but not water logged, always wait for top layer of soil to try out and then do a finger test to see how deep it is until its moist.

Excess water introduces other pests. If growing out doors nature will tell you when it starts to flower, do not introduce plant immediately to big pot, gradually repot when plant is pot bound. Failure to do this will cause the plant to try accommodate the space but not build a decent stem (as all energy is being diverted). Treating pests is a different thing, other things to look out for will be nutrient deficiencies or lockouts. There is a reason its called weed, it grows like one. Use common sense and you'll be fine.

You can follow different feeding schedules based on vegetative stage and flower. If you want to grow in a greenhouse/tent well then you need a lot of initial gear for that.

That's me with the munchies... nothing ACTUALLY satisfies so I keep eating. Now when I feel like binging I'm walking myself through the fact that it's not going to satisfy anyway so why go through the effort of making something and cleaning up.

Maybe it would help if you satisfy the specific craving you have. At least that's what works for me. Maximum 10 Cheesy baked rings and it's good to go. Need to find some for the weekend.
