Apologies if i'm breaking all of the rules...but any advice on getting some weed in Cape Town CBD? I had a guy for years but he's been out of action the last couple of weeks leaving me stranded.

The couple of people i've asked aren't able or can't be bothered to help. I'm an out of towner so don't know too many people i'm comfortable asking.

I always get approached on Long Street but have obvious reservations about that. Don't want to get robbed or pay tourist prices for some bad weed.

Why not go the online order route? The stuff in CBD will be pretty bad and overpriced from the long street guys. Even some of my mates don't openly disclose where they get theirs so it might be tough to get someone on mybb to pass along their guys details.

Would the online order route involve downloading Tor and all that mess? I do have one option that sends via courier but there stuff is very pricey. I'm just looking for 5g of something half decent for no more R200.

Anyone know a good starting price for the guys on long street? I don't want to go back and forth with them and have no idea what a fair price is.

And from personal experience I would only order from one of those. Trichoma. Trichoma also sent out a message a few days ago stating there were guys using their branding selling fakes and to only order from trichoma bot .

I've been living here the last 2 years. Would probably look a bit weird strolling into a backpackers out of the blue to ask. I think online is the way to go. I can find Dr Greenfinger but not the Trichoma or Puff Daddy i'm looking for - there's so many on instagram. Any suggestions to narrow it down?

Sampled some Laughing Buddha with a vape using the direct chamber.

It smells like moist socks and woody twigs. Tastewise it's a little grassy, a little sweet and very spicy. So spicy that it felt like I'd been sucking up pepper.

I wonder how these strains get their names because most seem quite apt. All I can say is the effects did seem to lean on the mystical side.

Throughout almost the whole time a grin populated my face. This strain rates highly on euphoria and creative energy imo.
 
Made my first order from 420m and am sampling new strains (been a local weed guy guy for years). Ordered a few different strains.

Courier was time freight and it took 4 business days to get to Cape Town.

First was their Durban Poison. Fruity smelling, quite seedy, and a bit moist. But really a good taste, didn't make me cough at all.

Effects: Energetic, productive, had some good working and dog walking time. Worst cottonmouth effect EVER though.

Used the Dynavap M.

Their local skunk is just decent, but I wasn't expecting anything wonderful. Its a bit dry, but these things can happen. I think I prefer my local guys skunk at a similar price.

One week in, I am pretty happy. Gonna try something different next week.

Seems like they were poised for enquiries and orders because the reply was almost instant.

The website is old school and a bit broken but somehow it adds to the whole buying experience.

Merch will be delivered tomorrow, otherwise it would have been delivered today if I wanted. Hopefully their packaging is discreet if a guy named J or K is delivering.

So far the buying experience has been pleasant.

Oura's sleep tracking is pretty good... it measures heart rate, pulse strength, heart rate variability, body temperature, and movement.
