Have heard and experienced how bad their customer service is, even ordering is a mission. Can't vouch for the quality of goods at all, since I've never managed a successful order with them.

Don't know the service at all but nobody sells bud in SA, its illegal. I think she gifts you the bud and you pay the courier fee over to her/him/it depending on the weight of the gifted bud.
