Thanks, No problem, enjoy the weekend. I'm on a mission to find us more streaming TV to share with the group![]()
Im waiting to see what Jaque can come up with for me.
But 2 older options that popped up.
Egreat R160s and the Xtreamer Prodigy
are these 2 any good? Or which is the better of the 2? Or should i just avoid both?![]()
Ah - I'll try that. When you say TV Streams, you mean the items under Live Streams? I'm using PVR IPTV simple client.@Arietans: I had the same problem. I'm not really sure what I did but I changed the skin to Confluence and after installing the Live TV streams I changed it back to Aeon Nox. After doing that I noticed that the TV streams were in a folder called TV Channels.
Hi Guys...
I have added IPTV as shown in the video posted by @Arietans (Thanks for the vid).
I have also created a new menu item called Live TV for it in Aeon Nox. Now my question is that how do i go about adding sub-menu to it "History Channel" , "Discovery" Etc? I want to add same kind of menu for SportsDevil ( Cricket, Football etc).
Can anyone point me in right direction?
Thanks
I have a Xtreamer Prodigy, not bad plays 3D ISO ... No series scraping only movie and audio juke box, RSS support ... Was OK. A retired device.
@Arietans: This video shows how to setup your menus in Aeon Nox.

Looking at my TV Channel menu setup the Default Select Action for IPTV seems to be ActivateWindowAndFocus(MyPVR,32,0,11,0). I would try to add a Live TV menu and type this in as the Custom Action and see if the feeds appear.
Here are the actions for the EPG, Radio, Record features etc.

Thanks for trying it out. I'll include the LiveTV category on my next ROM, and will try to find a fix for the network issue
Hi Djin,
The 1GB MXIII with a Gyroscopic remote is R1450 - R1550 (depending on which remote you get)
I'm pretty sure the Roku 3 price after shipping and duties is the same or slightly less/more
In deciding, it makes sense to get a device that ticks the majority of your requirement boxes. I personally only use XBMC and Youtube, so the MXIII suits my needs perfectly
@Djin: I am running both Netflix and Hulu Plus on my MXIII. I have a few screenshots of the menus from Netflix / Hulu Plus if you want to see - the content is protected via DRM so I can't capture it unfortunately. My 10Mbps line struggles to stream at 2Mbps so I cannot get the 720p and 1080p modes in any case.
@AVSupply
Any backlit remotes to go with the MXIII?
