OMG, the pure unhelpfullness and uselessness of Telkom is enough to make you want to jump out of the window.
Anybody know of a less stressful way of cancelling a Telkom line and DSL without having to deal with those incompetent Call Center individuals????????? I have sat on the phone now for 90min waiting for someone to answer in the cancellations department. In my frustration I put the phone down and get through to general account enquiries, and the dear woman there tells me to relax because they have a high volume of calls, nearly 200 A DAY!!! WHAT???? surely they should be able to handle 200 calls A DAY?????????
Will going into the store be any more help???????
