i used it to clean my paving. Worked wonders.
 
Thanks @W@P - also going with Secudoor. 3 doors:-1 stacking , 1 double and 1 single in charcoal (to match the others we have) 40K for them all.

Hopefully can also be installed before Christmas

Yes, I took it to Karcher themselves. They were incensed a lowly mortal like me walked into their hallowed workshop.
The guy actually reprimanded me, saying the procedure is to take it back to where I bought it (Makro).

He was very rude.

The next time it was 3 months later and I had nearly finished washing my muddy 4x4 when it started giving trouble, so I packed it away.

Months later I tried to use it again it was dead, took it apart, put it back together and it worked.

Then a few months after that it wouldn't work.

I gave up.

Here are some pics of the 5m COB strip lights. It looks a bit harsh in the pics but it's not.

Note this one has 2 different colors. The one on the ceiling above the cars is 4000k. Made a mistake.

Filled it in 4 years back already. Didnt want it :p

Was never warm enough even in the dead of summer at 14 deg, also was more effort than it was worth. Was about 140kl 6X12mX1-2m

Not everyones opinion :) but need to be redone or filled in price was the same decided to fill in and irrigate property with automated sprayers etc

The work continues - excited is an understatement, cannot wait to finish this up!

There's an old window mounted Aircon that was installed through the wall of my master bedroom.. it needs to go..

Want to replace it with a window, fixed pane, don't need to open..

Does anyone know where I can get some aluminium glazing profiles to make up the window myself..? Cape town preferred, else anywhere in the country, provided they ship..

I see there is a branch in Cape town, there used to be one in Centurion and they had almost every conceivable shape and size.

Just a warning, you need to be able to cut and measure very accurately...
 
I bought 2 of these a few years ago.
Cannot find the same ones 800mm.
Only the blutide in 600mm.
Any ideas where I can get some?

I built a brick braai at my previous house, with a suspended grid for the coals (1 brick height above the bottom bricks). The bottom of the braai would still get hot so that I could feel it from underneath. This is not good for the cement (I used lintels as well, and the heat is worse for those). So I added a loose layer of facebricks (with the holes in the middle) just standing on top of the base. Only the front row were cemented in to prevent them falling out, and this worked very well. No heat coming through the bottom of the braai anymore. The ash gets in between the loose bricks over time so I just removed and cleaned them once in a while.
