Just wanted to add here for people that were wondering about this Router and Cell C LTE,
I just got the HUAWEI B593s-601 where it states it works on the following bands FDD 1800/2600MHz & TDD 2300MHz (Cat4?) in the specifications.
It works on Cell C LTE, I have confirmed it, it even says in the routers home page I am connected on a 4g network and it blinks blue which according to the manual is an LTE Connection. My latency is consistent with LTE latency on a local counterstrike server when compared to my old 3g network although I only got a 10 mbps download speed test on 50% signal strength(up from 3-4mbps from the 3g network I was using in exact same spot on Cell C)
Not sure why it work's, cell c has stated their LTE is 2100MHz and this router doesnt support that, but Cell C's LTE -Advanced is on 1800MHz so I'm guessing that's why it's working,
check the citations here down by Cell C section https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_LTE_networks
so you must be in a Cell C LTE-A area I'm guessing, you can check that on their coverage Map.
Good luck to other Cell C Users on this router
