I’ve been irritated by the notifications because I want it to be silent, but I’ve not needed to run anything it’s already run and just telling me about it.
Will check when I go home or for a walk. I had Waze running on the road (takes over status bar for some weird reason, new version?) so couldn’t see if low power mode was on and when I checked it showed me charging (not sure if it shows green when charging on new iOS)
If it’s merely artifact notification then that sucks too.. will check if I can

I’ve set one up now to activate my VPN when connecting to a specific SSID so will see what it does.
One really annoying thing with iOS13 and it seems only the final release is that you can no longer get audio from your phone without taking it off silent.
My phone is always on silent so this is irritating.
iOS could do with an “all sounds off” button under notification settings.

So just tried it now. Shows in notification that it’s triggered but doesn’t run the commands unless I click on notification /

How’s everyone finding battery life on iOS 13? My XS Max seems to have improved slightly, I’m sure dark mode is helping a little where it can, but overall the device seems to be running “healthier” than before, very impressed, although I have picked up 1 or 2 bugs
I upgraded last night so I will give my 7 Plus some time to settle before worrying about the battery. Apple Music has been a bitch so far. It keeps hanging or crashing. Otherwise all seems fine.

What I find can help is doing a Soft Reset on iPhones after an update. In usually do this, just remembered to do it now for 13.1

Yeah I've learned many years ago that if you remember then crash all your apps before you hit upgrade.
Otherwise I'm guessing those apps have their current state saved in memory using iOS12 hooks and fall apart once upgraded.
Mine had no issues..
Already tried that, did not help. The Music app seems to hang/crash when scrolling through my library and it tries to update the thumbnails for the cover art.

I discovered this morning that Offloading of Apps doesn't respect apps that only make use of bluetooth links
Yeah also had no issues this time round, but then I've been on Beta for weeks already.

Haven't used Mail.app since Google cut them off.

They stopped push for Mail.app, still works just fine with other mail apps such as Spark so it's not really a big deal.
