Guys I give up!

Aqua - I bought it cos it wasn't on Appulous.

After much frustration I landed up buying tvGuide 2.5. I know this is on Appulous but the latest download includes the channel ID changes so it works now....

Does any one want me to upload that?
 
YES!!!

FINALLY GENTS! BLUETOOTH FOR THE IPHONE!!

But it's not free :(

Gonna check it out properly before I purchase it. I think this one is worth a buy.

Was thinking the same thing! At the moment it sounds too good to be true! Seen videos but wanna see it for myself :)

My spare time is limited at the moment. When I get a chance I'll see if I can get a vm image going and mess with a repo setup.
 
WOW guys!!

Just tested iBluetooth between my phone and iMac and it works beautifully!!

Transferred a .jpeg and a .mp3 (using the file system browser) to my PC and it transferred flawlessly!

If they add the ability to transfer Synced music (which they say they will) it will be even more amazing! At the moment you can do this, but you just can't see whta song you are sending becuase the phone organises synced music in the format XXXX.mp3 where XXXX are random numbers and letters e.g. A102B.mp3
I'm sure iBluetooth in future will read the mp3 tag so we know which songs we are sending :)

Been waiting for this for a long time!!

Grab this app guys, it's a keeper!

Hey guys, just a reminder:

HOTMAIL NOW WORKS WITH iPHONE MAIL APP!!

No need to use HTTP> POP redirect apps or forward mails to gMail etc., just add it in mail as you usually would!

About damn time!!

The app is definitely a keeper! Just processed my payment now via PP.

Developers like this deserve credit...

Yeah it is on Xsellize that's where I 'tested' it from as well.. :D

It even works with my Nokia N95 - very pleased!

Will upload tvGuide later when I get home...

Did you manage to send a file from your PC to the phone?

I tried from Vista in Bootcamp but Vista bluetooth reckons the phone cannot process this file (tried with .mp3 and .jpeg)

I think it works in Mac though. Sure it's just a setting somewhere though!
 
Anyone have any experience with iTunes vouchers from mediawob.com? They seem to have been around for a while and are not selling the obvious dodgy discounted vouchers. I have a friend who bought a voucher from them recently and he is getting the following error: “This certificate must be enabled by the iTunes Store Customer Service. You can contact Customer Service at http://www.apple.com/itunes/storesupport/”

He used the steps to create a free US account and would like to top it up with the voucher he bought, but is getting stuck here. He has contacted mediawob in the mean time and is waiting for an answer. Just curious if anyone else has seen this?

The iTunes gift certificate algorithm was cracked recently so Apple might be stricter with 3rd party issued certificates, I always buy mine from the iTunes store though.

I am not sure if the software changed or something but I need help getting some apps on my phone if it’s possible.

Now I did read the instructions on how to setup my account, the only problem I don’t get any of those options.

1) Go to iTunes Store (you might need to change the country to USA by clicking the "Change Country" button in the iTunes Store
2) Click AppStore on the left column
3) Find a free app from the app store and click Get App button underneath it
4) Fill in all details as usual
5) When it comes to the credit card section, select "None" (Furthest to the right).
6) Download from AppStore on your phone or from iTunes

Ok I have an iTunes account but looks like it registered me in Argentina. Go figure.

1. I do get the change country option and select United States, so that is fine. Then it wants me to create new account there. Guess every country have their own accounts.
2. I can’t find the AppStore option on the left hand side. After you change country you get the license agreement and immediately the credit card part. Also there is no option to exclude your credit card. It just gives you more options like PayPal ext.

When this works, does it mean I can connect to AppStore using only my phone and download the app via 3G?

Do I need to get all my apps via iTunes?

Where do I start?

Thanks for all the info so long. I have 2.2 update on my phone already.

you're not supposed to be able to type in your email addy

on the same screen they give you a link you should browse to, from there, pay using paypal, then, when you tap "get license" it will automatically fetch your paypal email adress from the payment

license is registered on your device ID, not email
