I spoke to developer. He told me channel ids changed. Delete the application from iTunes and delete it from your phone then re-download it from app store. . This will not charge you.

It worked for me.

Yes,thanks limnos - working fine for me.

Get a mouse with a higher DPI, I have a 4000DPI mouse and it requires so little effort that I have to turn down the DPI. (razer Lachesis)

If you're using a high resolution then get a moue with a high DPI.

OK I just have the standard Apple wireless mouse, going to investigate this.

Just walked past the platinum store in Sandton last night, it just makes you want to buy stuff.

Thanks, Lung

Anyone had a situation where their phone gets stuck in searching for network? My SO's 2G suddenly had no signal over the weekend and either sits on Searching... or No Service. Reboot makes no difference. I have just done a restore to 2.2 and jailbroken again, still no joy. Her SIM works in my phone and my SIM does the same in hers. Some googling suggests the logic board might be fried :(

Weird. Did you try the unlock option again in QuickPwn?

reptile

Any1 know a good gps app?

Im too scared to jailbreak haha

Nothing to be scared about. It can all be reversed. Refer to page 1 of this thread about jailbreaking and it's pros.

No decent GPS software yet. If you phone is jailbroken you can try use xGPS which you get from Cydia. Haven't personally tried it so I wouldn't know.

But guys talk about "bricking" the phone then its useless...

Bricking is only possible when trying to unlock the phone and flash the bootloader, jailbreaking does not touch the bootloader so it's perfectly safe.

So if i can use any sim its unlocked. Jailbreaking cant do any damage and i can go back any time?

See haha theres doubt, thats why im nervous

Well i can't say what would happen if the power was to go while the phone was updating/restoring but i think even then it should be fine..

And as AL said, it doesn't do anything to your bootloader so it's fine. Bricking happens when the bootloader is messed around with and can cause it to wipe, therefore it can't load the OS up.

Yeah, if you bought a 3G iPhone from Vodacom here, it's unlocked. If you can put any SIM in there and get signal, it's also unlocked.

Yeah, just restore your phone to get back to a non-jailbroken state

Yes, if you have a vodacom supplied iPhone it is legally unlocked, all that jailbreaking does is modify the iPhone OS to allow 3rd party apps. If you're not happy with it just run a restore using iTunes but make a backup of your pre Jailbreak iPhone also using iTunes.
Edit:
Fxit beat me.

what that app called, the one where you can turn off wifi, 3g, bluetooth etc really easily
