most of my issues only disappeared after a restore, so, it does look like there is something the phone doesn't clean up when you upload the new ipcc

but then again, i must have uploaded like 20 different ipcc's

but seeing as my issue was so isolated, it could have been that something was iffy on the phone after the last restore, so if the current ipcc is working for you, it should be fine

the new one was just recreated to conform to the way other "vodafone" networks configures their phones, basically, it adds more stability in terms of what keeps working during tethering, like push etc on the phone will be preserved while you tether, which the old one "may" not

again, we're working off leaked and partial info, so, none of this is cast in stone, the configuration masks we used are the most up to date we could find, but, apple employees are so scared of getting the sac when they open their mouths about anything, it's really difficult to get the right info out of them

must say, i like the way the cydia store works, the amazon payment stuff is really poorly formatted though, difficult to make sense of what goes where...

You just delete the map of the version you download from your iPhone, and then copy the SA one in it's place.

The SA map has all the correct info, POI's, speed restrictions etc.

Coool - have tested the new IPCC - does not send when 3g enabled - for me at least. Swirly here I come!!

what's annoying is i'm now struggling with swirly, there's no info on if you should enable/disable the phone's mms option etc....

Ha ha - I would assume it must be disabled! DAMN - gotta go to a meeting now!!! No playing for now!
